In the biggest quarterfinal draw in this year’s 132nd FA Cup, the longest running domestic cup competition in the world, Manchester United and Chelsea slugged it out at Old Trafford to a fantastic 2-2 draw.
Whenever these two European giants clash in any competition, there are sure to be goals and excitement, and today’s match was full of both. It was a game of two halves; United securing the lead in the first, and Chelsea storming back with pressure and class to even the score in the second. Both managers put together good sides and their substitutions were effective (although Chelsea’s Rafa Benitez were a bit more influential).
